CLASS OFFERINGS
Breathe Together Yoga
Mysore In-Studio and Zoom:
Mondays 6:30 – 8:30 am
1st Sunday of Month 7:30-9:30am
Changes from Regular Schedule
Monday, 11/18 thru Friday, 11/22 – I will be away for training with Manju Jois
Tuesday, 11/26 – I will be subbing Intro to Ashtanga (4-5 pm)
Friday, 11/29 – I will be subbing Led Primary Series (7:30-9 am)
Sunday, 12/1 – Moon day (mysore is cancelled)
Intro to Mysore (4 weekly sessions)
Saturdays, March 15, 22, 29 and April 5 (12:30-2 pm)
Each month classes are cancelled on the morning closest to the new moon and full moon. Please note the BTY Moon Day schedule.
In order to attend online sessions, you must pre-register at least 60 minutes prior to the start of the class window (even if you don’t plan to join right at the start of class). The link will be sent by email to everyone who signed up by the 60 minute cut-off. Using the link, you may join the Mysore Zoom anytime during the practice window.
Led classes (when appropriate) have a 5 minute cut off to join in-studio at Breathe Together Yoga.

- videos you can practice along to,
- tutorials you can learn from, or
- videos to simply inspire you to roll out your own mat and/or move in what ever way supports your health and well being in this time of uncertainty.
